Brad L’Engle joined Comstock Mortgage in 2003 after practicing real estate law for several firms in Sacramento. As an attorney, he was responsible for drafting real estate purchase contracts and assisting with multi-million dollar transactions which transformed raw land into residential subdivisions and commercial business parks. He earned his law degree from Santa Clara University, School of Law and received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Arizona.

Since 2003 Brad has funded over 150 Million Dollars in loans and his expertise ranges from first time homebuyers, investment purchases, multi million dollar transactions as well as standard purchases and refinances.
